Use of the website involves full and complete acceptance of the general terms of use described below. Such terms of use may be changed or complemented at any time; therefore users of the  website are asked to review them regularly. This site is normally accessible at any time by users. Interruption due to technical maintenance may however be decided upon by FraudBuster. The website is regularly updated. In the same way, its legal statements may be changed at any time : they nonetheless are binding to the user and the user is asked to refer to them as often as possible in order to read them.

  1. Description of services provided.

The purpose of the website is to provide information regarding all the activities of the company. FraudBuster works on a best effort basis to provide information on the website, as accurately as possible. However, FraudBuster shall not be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies and failures in updates, whether by its fault or by the fault of third parties providing such information. Any information found on the website is for informational purposes only, and may change. In addition, the information found on the website is not comprehensive and is subject to changes made thereto ever since it has been placed online.



  1. Contractual limitations regarding the technical data.

The website uses WordPress opensource software. FraudBuster shall not be held responsible for damages associated with the use of the site. In addition, the user of the site agrees to access the site using recent equipment, containing no virus and with an updated last generation navigator.

  1. Intellectual property and infringements.

FraudBuster owns the intellectual property rights or holds the right to use all the elements accessible on the site, including texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, software. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation of any part of the elements of the site, whatever the means or process used, is prohibited unless otherwise allowed in writing by FraudBuster. Any unauthorised operation of the site or of any of the elements it contains shall be considered as constituting an infringement and shall lead to legal proceedings in accordance with the provisions of articles L.335-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code.

  1. Responsibility limitations.

FraudBuster shall not be held responsible for any direct and indirect damage caused to the user’s equipment when accessing the website, and resulting either from the use of equipment not meeting the specifications indicated in item 4, or from the occurrence of a bug or incompatibility.

Any dispute in connection with the use of the website shall be governed by the laws of France. The settlement of any dispute and/or litigation between the parties, whatever the nature and cause, that they are unable to solve amicably, shall be brought to the court with jurisdiction over the registered address of the seller.
